The Blue Ringed Octopus is tiny (1-3 inches) and incredibly shy. They spend most of their time hiding in rock crevices. When threatened, its brown spots darken and the tiny blue rings brighten. Although all octopi are venomous, this tiny creature has enough venom to kill 26 humans within minutes.
